What does a CFO do? I get that question often. So what’s the answer? A good CFO will have reach and responsibility in many areas of a company, and it’s tough to answer this question in just a few sentences. The core areas that a CFO has direct responsibility for include:

- Strategic and Financial Planning
- Stakeholder Relations

- Pricing and Cost Analysis
